Our holiday at Angsana in Palm Cove can only be described as-- superb--. Mind you ,distinct from the forecast before we left, the weather was nigh on perfect, which can of course make or break a holiday.
The train/skyrail trip to Kuranda was excellent, particularly the cleanliness of both vehicles and the friendliness of all the staff.The town itself is obviously suffering from the lack of tourist support with the renowned market obviously not what it used to be .Hopefully that will soon be a thing of the past. In any case it is well worth the ride up & back.
Thank you for getting us on the balloon flight . That was a great experience & oddly enough you don't feel any anxiety of not having an engine & wings! The pilot & support staff were great in the help they gave us, no doubt recognising we were 80 - odd year old boilers & not young chickens any more.!! Highly recommended to anyone.
As to your service to us, I am most sincere in giving you 10 out of 10 for the promptness of your responses, your suggestive ideas & the genuine friendliness of that service. In business, no matter what you are marketing, the key to success is to give good service and you do that very well.
