We apologise for our late response to your email, but wish to thank you for the gift voucher. Also we wold like to advise that we were extremely happy with your service and advice in booking our accommodation and tours for our recent road trip to North Queensland.
The reservations met all of our families needs and went even beyond our expectations. You all did an exceptional job in sourcing and recommending our accommodation; in Cairns, at The Lakes Resort, and in Mission Beach, at the Eco Village. Even when, the weekend before our trip, we had to alter our tour bookings, the staff at FNQ Apartments was understanding; immediately making the necessary tour adjustments, reissuing our vouchers and refunded the difference in costs.
Our entire trip was a fantastic experience, particularly since it was our first visit to North Queensland. White water rafting in Tully with Raging Thunder was just unreal our guide Al was super energetic and skilled, encouraging us in all the activities. We were all absolutely thrilled with the day, which so clearly showed in the photos we purchased after.
The staff at the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park in Cairns were wonderfully educational we enjoyed the shows, experienced how to throw boomerangs and spears, discovered the uses of bush tucker, and were demonstrated how to use a didgeridoo. Everyone was genuinely friendly. Following, we boarded the Skyrail to Kuranda, experiencing a typical hot and humid day. Therefore, we appreciated all of the arranged bookings and connecting buses and return train that allowed us to relax while travelling in comfort.
We also thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Green Island on the Ocean Free cruise. With only 23 on board the yacht, we felt we had a personalized trip, socialising and enjoying the day with the skipper and crew, snorkelling and even visiting the crocodile farm on Green Island.
As we so loved our experience to North Queensland, we are already planning a return to visit to further explore this wonderful part of Australia.
