The house boasts wide bi-fold doors opening out to a large entertaining area with gas barbecue and full table setting, a resort-style in-ground swimming pool with inbuilt spa which is heated from May to September, and an outdoor gazebo which overlooks the lagoon, complete with sun lounges to laze away the sunny days.
Eden features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, fully-equipped laundry, air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans.
The comfortable living area has a 42" plasma television, DVD player and stereo/CD player.
The extra-large main bedroom has a walk-in robe, en suite with double shower and direct access to the pool overlooking the lagoon.
The main bathroom has a shower, large corner spa, and a separate toilet and powder room.
The property is also wheelchair-accessible, has a double lock-up garage and has a fully-fenced yard.
