Located 2 minutes walk from Port Douglas' famous Four Mile Beach and a 10 minute bicycle ride to the main centre of this idyllic township. Nimrod offer a spacious accommodation in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which overlook a beautiful free-form lagoon style pool, complete with bubbling spa.
The apartments are air conditioned, fully self-contained with ground floor verandas and upper floor balconies. There are plenty of activities for the children to undertake in the beautifully maintained gardens including a playground and entertainment area, full sized tennis court and, of course, BBQ's all of which are ideal for the family holiday.
Accessiblity:
Port Douglas is aproximately 50 minutes north of Cairns by road.
You can travel to the resort by limousine or coach from Cairns airport. Alternatively, if driving your own car or rental car, you will find Nimord Apartments on Nautilus Street off Old Port Road .

I wish to thank you for all of your assistance with our bookings.
Having lived in the area some time ago and being in Port Douglas mainly for a wedding, holiday activities were not high on the list.
Travelling from Melbourne in winter we were more than happy to relax on one of the many fantastic beaches.
We were very happy with the standard of our accommodation, and the service that we received at the places we visited.
I did go to the outer reef on one day and I must say that I was a little disappointed, since the cyclone the condition of the reef has suffered some what and I feel that this should have possibly been stressed prior to the company taking our booking as it is not an inexpensive day.
There were a few small things with the accommodation such as no bath in the bathroom, with a 2 year old this was a small problem.
The kitchen equipment could have also been a little more extensive.
And the people staying in the unit above who were playing basket ball at 10pm at night on their timber floor could have been a little more considerate.
Over all we were very happy.
