Thank you so much for your assistance with our recent holiday to Cairns. The Novotel apartment that you organised for us was fantastic. It was the best holiday that we have had. Apartment 309 is perfect in size and the furnishings and appointments were great.
The kids loved that we were literally 15 metres from the huge pool, out the back door. Haylee and I loved that we were 5 minutes away from the esplanade at Palm Cove. The only thing that suffered was my wallet, as there are so many restaurants to eat at and attractions to go to.
We stayed for 8 days in apartment 309 and wished it was 80. With so many things to do in and around Cairns, it was a shame that we couldn't spend more time in the apartment just lazing about. We did so many awesome things like the Skyrail to Kuranda, shopping in Cairns central, visited Green island(which is the most beautiful place on earth) and went up to Port Douglas.
I loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble for you to organise. A very small hiccup with the kids beds not being supplied with bed sheets on the first night resulted in house keeping being at the apartment within half an hour of us calling you, with fresh sheets for all beds and an offer to re-clean the apartment if we desired. The gift of wine for the misunderstanding was greatly appreciated.
But sadly, all holidays must come to an end. We were all a little sad to be leaving even to the point of the kids not wanting to get on the plane to come home. I would recommend FNQ apartments to anyone wishing to have a stress free holiday in Palm Cove. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. Even your correspondence leading up to our holiday was exceptional.
We are already saving for next year and can't wait to stay at the Cowrie apartments again.
