Thanks for your welcome home greeting and attached discount voucher.
We really enjoyed the 5 days we had in North Queensland and certainly jammed it full of fantastic experiences. Although extremely humid in Port Douglas over the 3 days there, we travelled to Cape Tribulation, the Daintree and Mossman Gorge; all a photographer's dream.
A sunset cruise aboard the luxury Aquarius was fantastic, as was our day with Quicksilver, aboard Wavedancer, snorkeling at Low Isles.
The abundance of Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs and quirky eateries in both Port Douglas and Cairns, offer holidaymakers great variety with the opportunity to try the local produce, different cuisines and enjoy their surroundings.
Whilst in Cairns we did the Skyrail, taking in the sights on the way to the Kuranda. The village is quite unique and we managed to bring home a few trinkets from our visit. We enjoyed the late shopping, the night markets, the Esplanade and friendly atmosphere of Cairns.
It was an amazing holiday we shared as a family and returned with life long memories, incredible photos and a promise to return.
You can't go to Far North Queensland only once.... we will all be returning again in the near future to continue the love affair with this beautiful part of our country.
I have been very pleased with the service offered by FNQ. My enquiry was answered promptly and the consultant Brenda, was very helpful, professional, friendly and generous with her knowledge of the local area and accommodation suitable to our needs. I was impressed with the variety of services on offer and FNQ have been efficient and great to deal with.
