Title: Cairns Best Place To See 2012 Solar Eclipse

Cairns will be the place to be on November 14, 2012 as thousands of international visitors are expected to arrive to witness a rare total eclipse of the sun. Apparently Cairns will be the best place to see it and already there are plans in place to turn it in to a big event including a marathon in Port Douglas.

Cairns and Port Douglas accommodation are expected to booked out well in advance so if you’re star-gazer book early.
