Port Douglas Feeding Frenzy

Port Douglas has enough great restaurants in town that you can eat at a different one every night of your holiday. One of the best ones is ‘On the Inlet’ which has won numerous awards including being recently named best seafood restaurant in the Far North. The restaurant has a prized location overlooking the Inlet where you can watch the boats coming in as you dine at sunset.

Top tips:
1)    Go there at 4pm to watch the boats bringing in the day’s fresh catch
2)    Go there at 5pm to watch George the Groper being fed the fish carcasses
3)    If you’re taking kids along ask them for a bowl of prawn heads to feed the fish with
