	Only a 20 - 30 minute drive from Cairns (depends how fast you drive), from the moment I first visited Palm Cove I thought to myself... Wow, this place is really, really cool! It has it's own self defined style, which consists of an absolutely classy beach, endless palm trees lining the sand leading onto a host of cool shop fronts which are fronted by huge native paperbark trees, which truly define Australina...


			If you are looking to get away from your hurried city life for a lazy and relaxing holiday, Palm Cove is ideal for you. Similarly, if you enjoy fine dining, being spoilt and working on your tan, Palm Cove will suit you perfectly.
	Resorts in Palm Cove have a wide variety of facilities, but all have relaxation and beachy casualness as a common theme. You can enjoy a stunning beachfront sunset from your resort suite, or share a double spa with someone special. Most resorts in Palm Cove will also hold weddings, as Palm Cove is spectacular, and nuptial exchange is common in the resorts and on the beachfront. More recently, Palm Cove has become home to health spas popping up at existing resorts.
