Thefollowing terms and conditions apply to those properties listed onthe http://www.fnqapartments.com/ website. How to book / quotes and reservations

Bookingscan be made over the internet at info@fnqapartments.com through thebookings page or by calling FNQ Tourist Information on 1300 731 620(Australian callers) or +61 7 4045 5091 (international callers).Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actualpricing at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for seven (7) days.Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which willbe subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation fromyour travel consultant.

CreditCard details will not be accepted through the booking page means ofproviding such details will be outlined at the time of making areservation.

Deposit

Anon-refundable deposit of $200 per room (unless otherwise advised)must be received within 24 hours of making the booking. Payment ofthis deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.

Inaddition, the Mantra, Breakfree and Peppers properties have a depositrequirement of $200 per reservation that is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Finalpayment

Fullpayment will be advised on a reservation to reservation basis at thetime of making a reservation - dependant on the individual resortor brand requirements.

Priceslisted include GST. If deposit or final payment is not received bythe due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.Confirmation and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrectthrough error or omission and the passenger accepts the liability tothen pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.

Paymentoptions

Paymentsaccepted include credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcardonly), AUD personal or bank cheques/drafts, Direct bank transfer, AUDpostal money orders and telegraphic transfer (allow 7 daystransaction time). Prices quoted are in AUD and all payments must bemade in AUD. A 3% credit card surcharge fee will be charged whenpayments are made via Amex credit card. Some properties or brandsalso have a credit card surcharge for balance payments.

Cancellations

Ifyou choose to cancel or terminate your holiday earlier than expectedand for whatever reason, the following fees shall apply.

Cancellationfees unless otherwise arranged are as follows:

  • 30 days or more before arrival - full refund less a $200 administration fee
  • Between 29 - 14 days before arrival - your holding deposit and 2 nights accommodation
  • Less than 14 days before arrival - full payment.

Amendments to date or property

Upto 14 days prior to check in - $25 amendment fee (subject toavailability) - this may vary dependant on the individual resort orbrand requirements. Cancellation or termination will not beconsidered an amendment.

Within14 days prior to check-in - amendments may not be accepteddepending on the property or brand being booked and will be based onthe situation at the time and availability.

Rates & changes

Allrates featured are valid from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013. Pricesand conditions are correct at time of printing (1 April 2013), butare subject to change without notice. Prices listed are in AustralianDollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. All reservationsdo not include transport from your home port to holiday destinationand return, items of a personal nature, meals (unless specified),transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges,unless otherwise indicated.

Anyverbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will besubject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation. Theprice of your holiday cannot be guaranteed until full payment isreceived.

Allprices and other payments and conditions should be confirmed withyour travel consultant at the time of booking.

Allguests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival tocover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not availablea cash deposit will be required. In addition, an acceptable form ofphotographic identification will need to be produced at the resortprior to check-in.

Kids Club

Onlyavailable at selected resorts. Age restrictions apply. Fee availableon application. Only available to children checked into a resortwhere the Kids Club is located. If a child requires one on one carethe service can provide this, however adequate notice (at least 48hours) is required by the service and an extra fee may be involved.

TheResort reserves the right at any time to refuse service if adequatecare cannot be provided. Operating hours may vary in non-peakseasons. A minimum of four children are required to operate the KidsClub. This service has the right to cancel the service if minimumnumbers are not reached.

Children's prices

Inmost cases, children's prices for accommodation featured on thissite refer to children occupying the same room/unit with at least twoadults and using existing bedding. Additional charges will apply ifextra beds or linen (including rollaways, sofa beds or cots) arerequired. Prices for any other combination of children and adultsshould be obtained from your travel consultant.

Accommodation

Whilstcare is taken to ensure that the description of facilities andservices of the Resorts/Complexes are accurate, these are continuallybeing changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If anyfeature/facility is essential for the passenger in choosing aparticular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this withtheir travel consultant at the time of booking. FNQ TouristInformation cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whethertemporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services.

Propertyroom photos may not be specific to the actual room allocated. Photosare indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply toall room types.

If a customer arrivesat the property and does not like the accommodation that he/she haschosen, he/she will be liable for the full balance owed, unless itcan be proven without a reasonable doubt that he/she did not get whatwas promised on the Confirmation Form or what was depicted on thewebsite, with consideration to the following;

The majority ofproperties are strata titled. This means that each apartment withinthe various complexes is owned by a different person. Because ofthis, the furnishings in each apartment can vary. On our websites wehave displayed photos of typical apartments. These are neither thebest apartments, nor the worst. The photos are used as a guide only,and neither FNQ Tourist Information or the property can be heldresponsible if a particular apartment does not look exactly like thephotos on our websites.

The customer agreesthat the accommodation is booked only for the number of peopleactually stated on the Confirmation. Any additional people will becharged for at the applicable property nightly rate.

Special requests

Whilstwe attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to providea guarantee.

Maps & Images

Mapimages, if shown, are for general information and may not necessarilyreflect actual routings, locations or services provided. Many of thedestination shots featured on this site have been supplied by tourismauthorities, including Tourism Queensland & Australian Tourism.

Travelinsurance

Westrongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance attime of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but notbe limited to, the following cover: Loss of deposit throughcancellation; loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of moneyand medical expenses.

Not included in price of holiday

Airporttaxes, costs of a personal nature e.g. laundry, taxis, telephonecalls, room service.

Mealsand transport are not included in the rates however some Resorts dohave these as part of the package.

Booking arrangements

Theperson effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted thebooking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

Documentation

Traveldocuments will be forwarded by post or email when full payment isreceived.

Under 18's

Allclients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardianor an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right torefuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot providecurrent photo ID if requested.

Package prices / per night prices

Pernight prices are to be used as an indicator only and not as an extranight rate.

Responsibility

FNQTourist Information can sometimes include third party products inspecial packages. As an agent on behalf of this product or serviceFNQ Tourist Information shall not be liable under any circumstancesfor any failure by those service providers to fulfil such travelarrangements nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind madeby those service providers following the acceptance of the booking bythem. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subjectto the terms and conditions specified by those service providers.

FNQTourist Information both for itself and on the behalf of theiremployees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act,omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agentsfor injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or howeverthe same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no wayresponsible for the accuracy of any information given in statementmade by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements. Byutilising the travel services provided by FNQ Tourist Information,you agree that:

FNQTourist Information shall not be liable for the wilful or negligentacts and/or omissions of such carriers and/or service providers. FNQTourist Information will not be liable for any accident, injury,delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travellingwith you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, orother travel services resulting directly or indirectly from anyoccurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but notlimited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war,strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster,Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.

Pleasenote that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations ofvarious Governments are your responsibility.
