I sourced our accommodation after scouring the internet and seeing so much positive feedback about FNQ accommodation decided to contact your company to find out more. Im so happy that I did we have just come back from 5 fantastic days at Sea Temple Palm Cove and cant wait to re-book for next year. So, I hope I will now be able to add my name (and feedback) to your list of fans worldwide! I found that the expertise and service that I received from FNQAccommodation was outstanding. As I was organizing a holiday for 2 families there were quite a lot of questions, which were all efficiently and expertly answered you guys really know your product. The arrival was easy Boutique Collections were ready for us and we were in our rooms before we knew it On the rooms, our stunning 3 bedroom penthouse, beautifully decorated and presented, and just a fantastic home away from home for our family. We loved the upstairs too used the big outdoor spa and the barbecue area a lot. The Sea Temple Resort was divine, so tranquil and the majority of the staff were unreal (although the evening restaurant staff really need some training). We set up a room account on the first day and this really made things very easy around the property as far as charging drinks and food etc. So another FNQ success story thank you so much! Hi Megan, Thanks for your email. Couldnt have asked for a better holiday, the weather was perfect and we were more than happy with our accommodation. The Mantra was in a great position as with young children it is good to be in the heart of everything. My husband and oldsest child spent a day snorkelling on the reef and we also took the kids to Cairns Zoo and Habitat in Port Douglas. Other than that it was days at the beach and the pool.We were very impressed by your services and the fact that nothing seemed to hard for you to organise, it made organising the trip alot less time consuming and stressful. Hi Troy and Megan;Well, currently I am still in Australia, in Sydney, but will be returning to the USA on Sunday June 7.I really enjoyed the stay at The Blue Lagoon, everyone there was FANTASTIC!If I had to complain about anything ,,,it would only be two things. ONE would be the beds were very hard. TWO - I wouldn't exactly call their fitness center an actual fitness center. However, I did sign up with Trinity Coast GYM for $20.00 additional dollars and worked out there four times.We actually ended up renting a car at the last moment. So we went to Kuranda Railway/Skyrail, Atherton/Tablelands, and Port Douglas. I strongly recommend a car for the whole trip. It really does get easier driving on the left side of the highway if you are doing it everyday. I LOVE the view of our apartment,,,absolutely gorgeous. Like I said everyone there was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!. With great customer service,, you can overlook the other two complains quite easily. I plan on coming back again next year,,, SO THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING GUYS AT FNQ ,,,,YOUR THE GREATEST!

Hi Megan, Thankyou so much for organising our accomodation in Cairns recently. The Southern Cross Atrium Apartments were excellent. Our four year old loved the fact that he had his own unit!! The staff and the unit were above our expectations. And the inhouse resturant was outstanding. I think we ate there nearly every night. I can throughly recommend the salt and pepper calamari and prawns.The service that we recieved from you all at FNQ Apartments was fantastic. Everyone was more than helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Once again thankyou for making our recent trip to Cairns much easier and stress free. The Baker family.

Hi SaraSorry it has taken a little while to respond, its been a little bit busy here since back at work. I need to book another holiday already as I have gone into great depression, or I need to win lotto and never work again. Either would do. Anyway, in response to your email and thank you for the voucher: a) Impressions of holiday well I love Cairns and FNQ have beenseveral times now and will continue to return. Will probably end up living there one day, if you hear of any good jobs going, let me know.Activities, well you asked. Did the usual look around town, shopping, pier etc, ate out, drank out. On the more adventurous side of things we did both Scuba and snorkelling on the outer reefs through T5 (Tusa).Had fun with Tony at Catch-a-Crab caught mud crabs and not so many fish, ate the crabs, chucked the fish back. Did the 3 rides with an Irish guy and his Scottish dad parasailing, jet skis and riding mabel on the back of the boat. Caught the train up to Kuranda and the cable thing back. Cuddled the koala and snake, visited the bird sanctuary up there and being Aussies through and through and having seen all this before many times, still really enjoyed it, including feeding the wallabies etc. Hired both push bikes and a car, took off for the day to Port Douglas via some of the northern beaches and Mossman Gorge, lots of sightseeing and stopped on the way back for a quick hang glide at one of the lookouts on the road. Visited Botanic Gardens and the lakes and did a day trip to Paronella Park. Didnt have time for the quad bikes, horse riding, cable ski or the trip to the day spa perhaps next time.Really disappointed we didnt get up as far as Cape Trib to do the jungle walk definitely next time.b) The standard of your service and that of the Mantra Trilogy waswonderful. The number of times I changed the booking on you and the work that you did for us was wonderful. A little disappointed at the no refund or transfer date for my sister as her daughter became unwell and was unable to fly, however that is part of the T&Cs so understandable. We ended up having to stay another couple of nights at the Trilogy as I was not able to fly back due to ear problem after scuba diving so we took standby rates at the trilogy for another 2 nights.Service in the hotel was good, staff friendly. Hi Megan, Our booking was handled perfectly. The apartment was amazing and we were thrilled with receiving top floor as requested. We have been sharing our experience with many friends and 2 other couples who were visiting Palm Cove at the same time were also impressed. Hello SaraI am happy to give you feedback on our recent trip and please feel free to use it as you wish.David and I were extremely happy with the entire experience Sea Temple was a fantastic place to stay not too busy or noisy and the staff there were fabulous. Port Douglas was a perfect getaway - a beautiful place to relax and plenty to do in terms of day trips / tours also great places to eat (Nautillus and On the Inlet were favorites). We enjoyed 2 days in the Daintree and Cape Tribulation and it was not too far to drive.The apartment was beautiful - very clean and ideally located within the resort for a perfect stay the weather at that time was excellent each day around 26 and sunny.The swim up I would highly recommend and worth the extra $$.The booking process was also simple and your staff prompt and helpful with booking transfers etcThank you for an enjoyable stay we will definitely be in touch to book a return trip.Andrea

Hello Sara, Thank you ever so much for all the bookings you did for our holiday The shuttle bus met us at Cairns airport , after 2 delayed flights ,we finally arrived at Tropic Sands at 2am !! The driver was excellent , he made sure we went to the correct entrance Tropic Sands was great , good area , few minutes walk from beach , restuarants , village etc. Staff were not at the reception desk but someone was about in the mornings and if we wanted help we just rang them. Manager was very friendly and helpful and we would stay there again.Apartments were clean and good size , had everything we needed and washing machines and driers in garage were free to use Port Douglas was very hot and humid and often rained in night or mornings for short time .I would visit again but maybe later in year when cooler but May was good as was quiet no crowds of people. We hired a car and visited Daintree village,went on the Daintree nature river cruise , River and Rainforest Combo. The boat trip was great spotted 2 crocs in the wild, included 2nd boat trip down river but no time for that. Daintree discovery centre , rain forest aerial walk was good and went onto Cape Tribulation. Cairns, Southern Cross Atrium apartments , deluxe, were really good , garden pool view. Was pleased we had own washer drier etc lots of space comfy couches. Restuarant was great both for room service and eat in , would stay again as so good near shopping mall. Visitors centre on Esplanade helpful. We wanted to fly 1 hour tour over reef Cairns with Reef Flights good value etc but was booked out, didnt go to reef as sea very rough. Went to Jaques coffee plantation at Mareeba, tour on truck and lovely coffee and video and long talk to owner. Booked at Sth Cross apartments office on Tropical Horizons Tours, Kuranda rail trip and returned by skyrail , were collected by bus toured round Cairns before rail trip , then collected at skyrail , was really good day and Kuranda interesting. Visited Butterfly world , was marvellous and Birdworld, not as many birds as I imagined but quite good. Visited Flying Drs in Cairns interesting and informative Cairns Botanic gardens not as good as I expected. Our rental car with Avis was cheap and were upgraded in size. Hi SaraThe apartments were excellent as was the service on check-in and check out. Thoroughly enjoyed the facilties at both Getaway on Grafton and Nautilus. The staff there were very helpful with infomation and directions, as well as things to do.My only not so positive thing was the lounge furniture at Nautilus which was a little uncomfortable, but hey small in the scheme of things but when you are tired from days enjoying yourself in Port Douglas as comfy seat was a must.Our party of four enjoyed the following activities:CairnsKuranda train and skyrail trip plus shopping in Kuranda Hire car drive to Atherton table lands and surrounding areas, viewing waterfalls, lakes, Atherton, Barrine, Mareeba Hot air ballononing at Mareeba, sensational Shopping in CairnsPort DouglasDaintree and Cape Tribulation driveBarrier reef trip on Quicksilver - sensational again Mossman Gorge Shops and cafes in Port Douglas Walking and sightseeing on four mile beach, the Sunday markets and generally soaking up the ambience of Port Douglas.We will be back to FNQ without doubt. I have been to Cairns previously some 8 years ago but thoroughly enjoyed myself again. From WA I can travel to Asia with cheap accomodation etc but after being back to Cairns and Port Douglas and the accomodation standard and price I experienced I wouldn't bother with Asia.Thanks for all your help and great service.Kind regardsDanny

Hi SaraWe had an excellent holiday. The children enjoyed themselves with so much to do and see.We have previously been to Cairns twice so we knew what to expect. However the service we received from the beginning to the end was outstanding. The tour operators were more than helpful and very informative. Customer service was exceptional.The standard of the apartment we stayed in was excellent with only a few little niggles, (which we left on the feedback card) overall however it was very well presented.I would most definitely recommend your operation to any of our friends and family that may be travelling up that way in the future.Kind RegardsMichael and Shona

Hi Sara, Our holiday was fantastic only problem being that it was not long enough.!! Peppers Beach Club was fantastic. They actually upgraded us to the Penthouse as the shower head in our room was broken. How lucky was that it was magnificant. Restaurants were fantastic Salsa, Soul & Pepper were two of our favourites. We went snorkelling on the Reef Sprinter which was only 2 1/2 hours which was great as we did not want to do the whole day cruise as we have done that before other than that my husband and his friend played golf but my girlfriend and I sunbaked by the pool and drank cocktails, tough life but someone has to do it!!Thanks again for your help in booking the accommodation and hopefully I will talk to you again soon as I will definately be going back to Port Douglas.Have a great day.Lou

Hi Sara, Oh wow! We had a simply fantastic time in FNQ. We had been to Cairns before (7 years ago) and were so happy to be back. The weather was superb, sunny days and warm nights with many days spent by the pool or lazing on the beach. We stayed at the amazing Sea Temple in Palm Cove and were delighted with everything on offer there. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We took a tour out to the Reef and were dazzled with what we saw and experienced. My husband, the kids and I couldn't believe what was hidden beneath the waves, so many fish, so much coral, we are still raving about the experience a week later. We explored Port Douglas on the Sunday and visited the market and enjoyed fresh sugar cane juice, drank from coconuts, bought shells, jewellery and some animals handmade from palm leaves which are just delightful. We enjoyed everything about Cairns, the great shopping at DFO, the magnificent lagoon pool in the centre of town and ate from the restaurants along the Esplanade. We hired a car from Avis in Palm cove for 4 days and received a good deal which saw us "picking it up" from the Sea Temple and cruising around in a Ford XR6 when we were only expecting to get an ordinary run of the mill sedan. We were well and truly living in splendor thanks to your excellent customer service and efficient and professional service at FNQ Apartments. Our rooftop apartment had us enjoying our private spa and enjoying BBQs most days and nights. It was maintained to a high standard and we enjoyed everything about staying at the Sea Temple. You gave us such a well priced and enjoyable stay that we will be talking about this holiday long into the future. We wanted 5 star and we definitely got it! Thank you so much.
